INGREDIENTS
2 - 6oz Salmon
2 tablespoons Tracye's Chicken Salad Dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the salmon fillet skin-side up directly onto the dressing, making sure the dressing is evenly underneath the entire fillet. Turn the heat to medium-high and cook until the salmon develops a golden crust.
Carefully flip the salmon, reduce the heat to medium, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes, or until the salmon temperature reaches 135-140 degrees or until the salmon flakes with a fork.
