Fruit Salad for Brunch? Always a hit. This is extra easy. It's a matter of choosing the fruits you love, cut them into bite sized pieces, fold them together and chill. Below are my favorite fruits to mix. The great thing is, I can use the fruit salad as a "pre-made" smoothie mix. Just put a cup of the fruit in a blender along with 1/4 cup of Almond milk and ice (optional), I usually incorporate baby spinach or kale...Done
Recipe: Wash and slice strawberries, cut fresh pineapple into tidbit pieces and toss in a handful of blueberries; gently fold, cover and chill. Happy eating
